Gift Voucher Terms and conditions

  • “Photography by Chris Shirley” will send the gift voucher to the named recipient within seven days of payment being received and cleared.

  • “Photography by Chris Shirley” Gift Vouchers have a validity of 12 months and must be redeemed within this 12 month period. No refunds will be offered on unused gift vouchers. It is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem the vouchers within the allotted 12 months.

  • “Photography by Chris Shirley” Gift Vouchers are only transferable in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement with Chris Shirley, and may incur extra costs. Should you need to transfer your gift voucher please contact me within 12 weeks of voucher issue and we will endeavour to help you.

  • Should a recipient wish to purchase further prints/albums/services over and above the value of their gift voucher, then these will be charged for at the normal rate in force at the time. Credit can not be given for purchases of less than the value of the Gift Voucher presented.

  •  “Photography by Chris Shirley” Gift Vouchers have no monetary value other than the exchange of the voucher for photography related services from Chris Shirley.

  • Photocopies of gift vouchers, proof of purchase etc cannot be used in place of an original “Photography by Chris Shirley” Gift Voucher. Only original, serial numbered gift vouchers may be redeemed.

  •  “Photography by Chris Shirley” Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed anywhere other than with  Chris Shirley.
